Splash-One Bandit is an up and coming company taking flight simulation to the next level. We are currently developing an interchangeable HOTAS setup that is cost effective for the everyday gamer, it will not cost more than your mortgage payment.
Our design features removable flight stick and throttle grips to match your desired combat flight sim. Why fly an A-10/F-15 in LOMAC with an F-16 HOTAS set-up? Here at SOB, we don't think you should have to buy multiple joysticks to fly different types of aircraft like the major companies do. With our concept, you can remove the F-16 stick and throttle, and replace it with an A-10, or F-15 HOTAS layout simply by removing one stick/throttle from the base, and replacing it with another. No need to buy, then swap out the whole system and no need for any reprogramming. Simply swap the stick/throttles at the base. With the current popular flight sims offering the opportunity of flying different aircraft, our concept will allow the user to replicate the actual aircraft HOTAS for his/hers most favorite flight sim and change aircraft set-ups in minutes.
Our HOTAS system is based on Leo Bodnars BU0836 joystick controller. His controller offers 8 analog inputs, 32 button inputs, and an 8-way 'point-of-view' hat switch. More information can be found at his website, www.leobodnar.com

Our goal is to make the HOTAS system user friendly and affordable. Each stick and throttle is designed to replicate the actual flight control found in military aircraft. All at affordable prices. Whenever possible, we use actual military items to mold our products. Our developers are masters modelers and can replicate just about anything without the actual item. Prices have not been set as of yet, but we are working hard to make them attractive and affordable. We are highly confident that they will be well below the prices of similar products currently in the market.
